Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy, giving you 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. We accept returns for defective products ONLY and exchanges for items that are unopened, unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Return Process

We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. No restocking fees apply to returns.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at annie@waxpackaz.com right away. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including used earplugs, sale items, and gift cards. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items that are unopened and unused. To ensure a smooth exchange process, we recommend returning the unopened item and, once the return is processed, making a new purchase for the desired item. This approach ensures that you receive the item you want as quickly as possible.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns under this policy.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be
